Owned by Lancer Capital, the Desert Vipers are one of six teams competing in the ILT20 tournament held in the UAE during December and January. The Desert Vipers were the first team to qualify for the Final in the inaugural 2023 edition and have twice been finalists.

Phil Oliver (CEO), Tom Moody (Director of Cricket), and James Foster (Head Coach) lead the operations, supported by Carl Crowe (Bowling Coach), Simon Helmot (Fielding Coach), and Neil McKenzie (Batting Coach).

With Lockie Ferguson leading the charge for the Vipers, players like Fakhar Zaman, Sam Curran, Shimron Hetmyer, and Wanindu Hasaranga rejoin the Vipers for the fourth season. The Vipers are pioneers of sustainability in cricket, prioritising eco-conscious operations and transparency in their carbon footprint, aiming to set a benchmark for global sports teams.
