Desert Vipers: ILT20 Champions Pioneering Sustainable Cricket
Desert Vipers are the reigning DP World ILT20 champions—a UAE-based professional T20 cricket team combining elite performance with a pioneering approach to sustainability and community impact.
Owned by Lancer Capital, the Vipers reached the final in the inaugural 2023 season and again in Seasons 3 and 4. They lifted their first title on 4 January 2026, defeating MI Emirates by 46 runs in the final.
Led by CEO Phil Oliver, Director of Cricket Tom Moody and Head Coach James Foster, the organisation is building a winning culture on the field while using cricket to create positive impact for people and planet.
